At Plug2Salesforce we got involved in the design and configuration of the Service Cloud at enterprise level with different team. Used the sandbox for testing and deployed the code to the different instances. At Plug2Salesforce we supported the admin team for complex deployments. 

At Plug2Salesforce we created templates, page layouts, and record types according to the business process requirements. Communicated with the business regularly to understand their requirements and designed solutions to implement them. 

At Plug2Salesforce we created Custom Dashboards for community managers and recruiters home page and gave accessibility to dashboards for authorized people. At Plug2Salesforce we provide support to the users when the project went live for phase 1 and was part of the maintenance team providing quick and effective solutions to the users. We also helped to resolved issues in CTI Soft Phone and Live Agent in Service Cloud. We also provided knowledge transfer along with the team to the key users and the support team.


Requirement Gathering:

We got At Plug2Salesforce we got involved in gathering business requirements with other team members from various business teams spread over Sales, Marketing and Customer service. For this client we also Generated Queries using Apex Explorer & WSDL web services apps to connect with different servers. At Plug2Salesforce we performed end to end configure and customization using various SFDC features and Apex. 

At Plug2Salesforce we created work flow rules and defined related tasks, time triggered tasks, email alerts, filed updates to implement various business process. Responsible for writing SOQL & SOSL queries with consideration to manage the Governor Limits for DML needs of the application to be used on the platform for database objects.

Plug2Salesforce developers created Apex Classes, Test Classes, Apex Controller Classes, Extensions and also Triggers for Various Functional needs in the application. At Plug2Salesforce we got involved in Custom Integration of Outbound Messages, Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Email Services, App Exchange Package & Custom Application. At Plug2Salesforce we created and maintained User Roles, Security, and Profiles that was required for the Salesforce Knowledge implementation. 

At Plug2Salesforce we created various Reports (summary reports, matrix reports, pie charts, dashboards and graphics) and used Reports to assist managers so as to better utilize SFDC as a sales tool and configured various Salesforce Reports for different users based on their need in the company.


Data Management:

At Plug2Salesforce we got involved in migrating data into Salesforce application using apex data loader through CSV files. Installed and configured data loader. Plug2Salesforce has manage and implements customization requests by Business Users, including creating workflow triggers, workflow alerts, and automated email response. Conducted training sessions to the UAT users to use the Salesforce Knowledge application and Plug2Salesforce has developed a feedback custom report.
